The only difference between the Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops - Rear Suspension - 2,000 lbs # TABSFR150RB and the 2400lb # TFR150RB for your 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor is the load rating.

The # HT32216 includes the adjustable shank and compatible 2-5/16 inch torqued hitch ball, while the # HT32215 includes the shank and a torqued 2 inch hitch ball. The difference in price is simply based on demand and the manufacturer's listing.
